INSTRUCTIONS FOR REVISIONS AND PAYMENTS:
RAW P2 FILES: If you were delivered raw P2 files (no editing), you will
not be able to view these on a PC without the right software. P2 files
are several folders containing .mxf files within a master CONTENTS
folder. Please check out this guide to viewing P2 files on your PC:

WATCHING THE VIDEOS ON VIMEO: As always, I recommend watching these in
high definition and full screen. You may be prompted for a password,
and it is entered next to the video I sent you. If the video stutters
on playback, press the pause button and wait for the bar at the bottom
of the video to completely load...then press play again. If your
computer has trouble, then try small screen size or standard
definition. If you have any further problems on playback, please call
me or chat with me if I'm online in the bottom-right corner of any
Crooked Path Films webpage.
REVISION REQUESTS:
You will have the opportunity for one free round of iterations up to a
maximum of one hour's editing time. Anything that requires more than 1
hour or more than 1 round, will be billed at my standard editing rate.
I will notify you if this is the case. Corrections to errors that I did
by mistake does NOT count as a revision.
If you don't require any revisions, skip ahead to the "PAYMENTS"
paragraph below. If you have revisions, please respond in the following
format:
1) Video name,
2) timecode noting the part you want changed,
3) explain exactly what is incorrect or unsuitable about this part,
4) explain exactly how you want this part to look or sound.
Repeat for every every part in the video you would like altered. Add
any additional comments as you wish. With only 1 free round of
revisions, it's very important that the revisions are detailed. Most of
the revisions I've received in the past usually take under one hour for
me to edit. I will let you know if I believe the revision will take
more than that.
PAYMENTS:
Once the videos are approved OR the maximum 1 round of revisions are
done, I will require that the final invoice with the total amount due is
paid immediately. I prefer payment by credit card via the secure
PAYPAL. If you choose Paypal to pay, use the paypal form to the right
to complete the transaction. The URL for this is on the invoice as
well. Please LET ME KNOW if you prefer to pay by check. Checks should
be made out to CROOKED PATH FILMS and sent to the following address: (on
the invoice too)

RECEIVING THE FINAL VIDEOS:
There are 4 ways we can deliver your final videos to you. We can also
give you the raw footage, uncompressed versions of the video, or any
other assets like still pictures and graphics. Delivery is made after
final payment is received.
1) FTP Delivery
Should you choose this delivery option you will be provided with
the link to download the high-res version of your video. You must
"Right-Click" then "Save As" to your computer. Make sure you
download the videos to your computer and also keep a backup on a
disk or thumb drive, as I cannot guarantee I will have your videos
available 30 days after the project is completed. This method is
perfect for files under 2gb.
2) DATA DVD or Regular DVD
I can burn the project files onto a DATA DVD and deliver to you.
Shipping charges apply. Standard DVDs (to play on your DVD
player) is also an additional charge) This is a good option for
total project sizes of 2gb to 9gb.
3) Hard Drive
You may opt to send me an external hard drive (either Mac or
Windows formatted) that I can transfer the assets to, or you can
optionally have me purchase an external drive for you, transfer
your footage, and deliver to you. Shipping charges apply. This
option must be used for project sizes above 9gb.
4) Direct to Media
I will be happy to send a copy of your video to third party
media. For example: I will deliver a video to your webmaster for
posting on your website in the format they specify, or I will
deliver a commercial to the appropriate TV station.
NOTE:
It is very important to save your videos and even make backups. I
cannot guarantee your final videos or raw footage will be available
after 30 days. Should I still have the project, there will be a $100
fee plus any shipping costs to re-deliver the project after 30 days.
